THE Château Saint-Jean-lez-DuranceLocated in Manosque in the Alpes-de-Haute-Provence, it is one of the oldest wine estates in the region. Owned by the d'Herbès family since 1754, a former domain of the Knights of Saint John. Today it is run by the fifth generation, Jean-Guillaume and Constance, who took over the estate in 2013 after leaving Paris to dedicate themselves to the family winemaking business.
